This notice explains what Wroom Apps ("we") keeps when you use wroomapps.com and the Client Notebook app, and what we do with it. Questions: hello@wroomapps.com.
Only to run your notebook, sync it between your devices, back it up, and answer you. We don't sell it, rent it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone, except the services that run the app for us (our web host, and Google if you connect Google Drive).
Your notebook is private to your account and opens only after you sign in. It is stored on our web host in a folder that isn't reachable from the web, and all traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). You're signed out automatically after a period of no use, which you can set in Settings.
If you connect Google Drive, the app copies your notebook into a "Client Notebook" folder in your own Drive. It uses Google's most limited permission, so the app can only see the files it created, never the rest of your Drive. You can disconnect in Settings or in your Google account at any time.
So you can keep working without signal, a copy of your notebook is saved in the app on each device you sign in on. It is protected by your device's own passcode or sign-in.
The app uses one cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. This website loads its font from Google Fonts.
Client Notebook is free during early access, so we don't take payments. If paid plans start later, a payment provider will handle card details. We will never see or store your card number.
You decide what you write about your customers, and you are responsible for following the rules of your industry and employer about keeping it. We only keep it to provide the app to you.
We keep your notebook while your account is open. Download a full copy any time from Settings. To close your account and delete everything we keep, email hello@wroomapps.com. Copies in your own Google Drive stay yours to keep or delete.
If we change this notice, we'll update the date above, and tell you in advance by email if the change matters.
